Where a paid item is ever offered through this site, the terms of that specific offer govern the purchase, and any refund is handled by the seller identified at checkout. Requests should be sent to the address below within 30 days of the charge, quoting the order reference and the reason.

Refunds that are approved are issued to the original payment method. The time your bank or card issuer takes to post the credit is outside our control and is typically up to ten business days.
